Training consists of troubleshooting steps and information regarding Interactive Whiteboards, software updates, Projector troubleshooting, and warranty reporting procedures for all Polyvision models.

A full day of hands-on technical training for school or district IT personnel.  Participants will learn the techniques and best practices of troubleshooting and maintaining 21st century classroom hardware in their environment.  Topics covered include overview of board and projector system; A/V cabling and terminations; system calibration; software installs;firmware upgrades; component replacement;working with manufacturer tech support. Afternoons will include full hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance sessions.
